The use of Chemical vapor deposition of Parylene insulation -- for airborne, aerospace and medical devices as a protector and dampener against "Tin Whiskers".

Eran has developed 3 "patents" for the use and for the application of Parylene coatings on a wide variety of applications.
Throughout his 30 years of Parylene experience, he managed to solve many problems for the Defense industry on land, air and in space and more. Also for the marine industry- above and below the surface.
‘Tin whiskers’ is a relatively "modern disease" hitting all RoHs components being used in electronic devices in all types of industries.
In this presentation – we will be covering the unique deposition process of Parylene and we will observe some interesting applications. We will also look at research that took place recently regarding the possible elimination of the above mention phenomena.
