ICL has realized that Engineers are a strategic population in her companies.

In recent years, ICL has decided to  develop plans for the conservation and development of chemical engineers in both the professional and personal fields.

The development plants created professional and managerial stability in ICL companies, which eables emploument stability and opportunities for the developmentof engineersin companies, alongside engineering stabilityin the companyws plants
