In this study, we present fundamentally attractive drawn electronics for multifunctional sensing via the marriage of bioinspired ink and sensor designs from mimicking natural existing structural-based phenomena. Our proposed smart ink can be readily prepared in batches, easily engineered with tailor-made interfaces, universally drawn on various low-cost substrates (e.g. Kapton, paper) to build sensors, and compatibly integrated with diversified sensing principles to act as distinguishable signal indicators toward multiple stimuli (i.e. temperature, light, relative humidity, and volatile organic compounds), enabling scalable and cost-effective development of future wearable and portable electronic devices.
