Dr. Jacques Baer, Drug Regulatory Affairs Director at Roche Pharmaceuticals (Israel) Ltd. has over 25 years of experience in R&D, technology transfers, regulatory affairs, pharmaco-vigilance, quality assurance, market access and supply chain areas.  Jacques is a Pharm D and Pharmacologist by background (Louis Pasteur University, Strasbourg France), with international R&D and experience acquired at INSERM, Weizman Institute, pharmaceutical industry (Novartis, Teva, Roche).
