In the field of biochemical research, the need for precise, efficient, and user-friendly tools is paramount. To meet these critical needs, we have developed a comprehensive suite of kits, focusing on three key areas: detection and quantification of metabolites, measurement of enzyme activity, and enhanced staining techniques for microscopy. Our enzyme and metabolite detection kits utilize both fluorescent and colorimetric techniques, offering high sensitivity and specificity. These kits cover a wide range of metabolites and molecules involved in various cellular processes and biological activities. Each kit comes complete with optimized reagents, calibration standards, and detailed protocols, ensuring reproducible results while significantly reducing setup time and potential errors. Examples of these metabolites include: branched chain amino acids (BCAA), carbohydrates, triglycerides, lactate, hydroxyproline and acetyl coenzyme A. Our enzyme activity measurement kits provide rapid, accurate, and reproducible results for diverse enzymes. The comprehensive nature of these kits, including specific substrates, cofactors, and inhibitors where applicable, eliminates the need for extensive method optimization. Some of these enzymes are: trypsin, myeloperoxidase (MPO), succinate dehydrogenase and pyruvate dehydrogenase. Finally, our staining kits enhance visualization capabilities across various fields. These kits offer solutions for staining and come complete with all the necessary reagents and buffers. Examples of these are oil red (for lipids) and actin staining. By providing pre-packaged, optimized solutions, our kits empower researchers to accelerate their discoveries while ensuring consistency and reproducibility in results. This saves valuable time and resources, while leaning on the reliability and vast scientific support of the Merck KGaA company. As we continue to innovate, we remain committed to supporting the scientific community in their quest for deeper understanding of biological systems and processes.
