Dear Poster presenter,
Please note the following:

Advertisements: Please make sure that your poster includes scientific data. Posters designed for advertising a company or a product, are not permitted. 
Poster size: The poster size should be maximum 90 cm (W) by 120 cm (H). Mounting pins will be provided
Location: You will identify the location of your board by your poster number.
Time: Please place your poster on your board no later than 09:00 on January 23th, and remove it on January 24th afternoon until 17:00.
Availability: The presenter is expected to be available near his/her poster during the poster sessions (as will be noted on the Scientific Program) and during the breaks.
Language: All posters will be presented in English.
