Climate: The weather in Tel Aviv in June is a bit hot during the day and nice and pleasant in the evenings. Temperatures range from 27 ° to 23°C
Clothing: Informal for all occasions.
Electricity: Equipment in Israel is 220 volt A.C., single phase, 50 cycles. Some devices require an adapter (can be purchased locally).
Sound and Visual Options: Microsoft Office ™ is used and PowerPoint presentations are mandatory (supports all versions). A PC and projectors will be provided.
Visas: Residents of most counties do not need entry visas to Israel. However, please check the matter with relevant local authorities. Please do note, all issues regarding visas are the sole responsibility of the participant. The conference organizers will issue a letter confirming registration but are unable, due to legal reasons, to assist in acquiring the visa. Conference fees are non-refundable on grounds of visa.

Airport Information
Ben Gurion International Airport is Israel's main international airport. It is situated approximately 25km (16 miles) south-east of Tel Aviv. The journey to Tel Aviv is approximately 30 minutes.

By Train
The train station is located on Level S of the Landside Building, adjacent to the Greeters' Hall.
Train tickets can be purchased through automated ticket dispensers on Level G of the terminal.

By Bus (within Tel Aviv)
From the Hahagana train station Tel Aviv: Dan bus line no. 16.
From the Arlozerov train station Tel Aviv: take Dan bus line no. 61 or 66.
From the central bus station Tel Aviv: Dan bus lines 16,17 & 31.
All Dan bus lines that stop at the Carmelit station are 5 minutes walk from the conference.
By Private Taxi
The taxi companies at Ben Gurion Airport operate under supervision of the Israel Airports Authority.
The taxi stations and dispatcher's counter at Terminal 3 are located on Level G of the Multi Level Road.
Parking:
Parking in the hotel: 70 NIS all day
There is a possibility to receive discount parking coupon at the registration booth. Number of the coupons is limited.
