Dorit Harati is the VP Quality Assurance and Manufacturing at Gamida Cell. She has 26 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
At Gamida Cell Dorit is responsible for the Quality Assurance department with all the tasks necessary to manage a facility that works in accordance with international regulations, verifying proper drug development, transfer of projects from the R&D laboratories to manufacturing in GMP facilities, manufacturing at Gamida Cell, technology transfer to different CMOs and routine work at the CMOs, establishing logistics systems to support the manufacturing of time-sensitive batch per patient products at different facilities to different transplant centers worldwide, using external laboratories and being responsible for a Qualified Person for the European transplant centers.
Prior to joining Gamida Cell, Dorit served as the director of the quality control laboratories at Perio Products Ltd., a pharmaceutical company specializing in manufacturing innovative drugs. While at Perio Products she implemented quality systems in accordance with FDA  and European regulations.
