Short Bio:
Dr Stefan Almeling obtained his degrees in pharmacy from Freiburg University, Germany and food chemistry from Karlsruhe University, Germany and his PhD in the field of pharmaceutical analysis from Würzburg University, Germany. Since 1994 he has held several positions in medicine testing laboratories in Germany. In 2002, he joined the EDQM where he began working as a study director in the Laboratory Department. In 2009, he became Head of the Analytical Chemistry Division and Deputy Head of the Laboratory Department.
